Education Day Infection Control Program and Treatment Plan Presentation TO BE DETERMINED Lake Charles, LA Louisiana Dental Assistants Association Education Day will feature two programs on Friday, October 2, an Infection Control Program and a Treatment Plan Presentation Program. This special event will be open to all Dental Auxiliary Personnel and Dental Assisting Students. Four Continuing Education Points will be available through DANB. Pre-registration is required. You may register by emailing Eschmidt817@aol.com., the form is available online WWW.LADAA.org. The fee for LDAA Members will be $10.00, the fee for Non-Members will be $15 and the fee for Dental Assisting students will be $5.00. Lunch will be provided. Protecting the Staff and Patients from hazards occurring in the Dental Office and ensuring Patients accept recommended Treatment are important aspects of our positions in the practice. This course is designed to help with implementing procedures ensuring safety and helping to have a higher acceptance rate of treatment by our patients. The presenters of the programs will be Leslie Hernandez, Dental Assisting Instructor and Elizabeth Schmidt, Dental Consultant. We will provide lunch, please join us at this program designed for Dental Assistants, whether you are Clinical or Administrative Staff, this program will provide useful, timely and important information.
